Marion Sultan
Founder & CEO
Born and raised in Paris, France, Marion moved to New York City over 30 years ago, facing two immediate challenges: finding work and finding good food. Being far from home pushed her into the kitchen, where she began recreating her mother’s and grandmother’s recipes and with them, the warmth of family meals for her own family.
An independent creative for most of her career, she has worn many hats—graphic designer, design-build project manager, recipe developer, or event organizer. Along the way, she created two successful businesses. Creativity has always been at the heart of her work, and her truest expression has been through cooking and bringing people together.
Founding Dabah with her daughter, Noemi, grew out of their shared desire to preserve recipes and stories that keep family and community connected around the table.
Noémi Moritz
Founder & Lead Creative Director
Born and raised in New York, Noemi grew up watching her mother and grandmothers cook — always surrounded by the smells, stories, and laughter that came from their kitchen. Food became her love language early on, and much of her creativity started there.
After seven years working in digital and influencer marketing for beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands, Noemi launched NONO Social, her own creative agency focused on storytelling and social strategy. She brings that experience to Dabah, overseeing all things digital and influencer relations. Now living in Encinitas, California, she splits her time between the coast and her creative projects.
Co-founding Dabah with her mom, Marion, is her way of honoring their shared love of cooking and community — and creating something that helps others do the same. For Noemi, Dabah is about more than recipes; it’s about the feeling of home that food always brings back.
